We run extremely popular events within the village throughout the year, such as our soft play sessions and a preschool fun day at Fen Edge Festival.
Soft Play Sessions – booking required
Very popular soft play sessions offer local parents and children a regular activity to enjoy together. Meet other local families and make new friends. Plus there’s great tea, coffee and snacks in the community cafe.

Under 5s session dates (11.20am-12.20pm): Every Friday during term time.
Cost: £1.50 for under 1s, £2.50 for over 1s, £4 per family (2 or more children)

Bunny Brunch

Preschool Fun Day, as part of the Fen Edge Festival
Head to Cottenham Village Green with your little ones for a fun-filled day with Mr Marvel, tractor and trailer rides, face-painting, ride-ons and more. Just bring a picnic and plenty of energy. Refreshments will be available to purchase. Looking forward to seeing you all there!

Teddy Bears’ Picnic
Bring your little ones to the annual Teddy Bears’ Picnic, hosted by Cottenham Toy Library in association with Ladybird Pre-school, where there will be paddling pools and water play, teddy bear hunts, face-painting, ride-on toys, refreshments, a raffle, kids yoga, singing & music, and lots more! Bring your own lunch, a picnic rug, swimming costume, towel and your favourite teddy bear to this lovely, secure, shady garden!
